Morralet is a neighbourhood restaurant in Gràcia, Barcelona, cooking honest Mediterranean market food with a Japanese soul. Chef Gonzalo Álvarez trained in Barcelona, cooked at Mugaritz and spent years at Ogasawara Hakushakutei, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo. At Morralet he brings that precision to seasonal Catalan and Mediterranean produce.
